Hospital Location: St. Paul's

In March of this year, the BC Foot and Ankle Clinic relocated to St. Paul's hospital from St. Vincent's Hospital. The Clinic is now located in the Outpatient Department on the 3rd Floor of the North Wing at St. Paul's Hospital.

It is easiest to access the Clinic through the Comox Street entrance, which is on the North side of St. Paul's Hospital. There is a patient drop-off zone directly in front of the Comox St. entrance.

St. Paul's Hospital is located on 1081 Burrard St. in downtown Vancouver. The BC Foot and Ankle clinic is located on the 3rd floor, in the North Wing of St. Paul's Hospital.

It is difficult to find parking downtown, whether is it on the side streets or in pay parking lots. There is metered parking on the side streets near the hospital.

Street meter rates are $2.00/ hour and only permit a maximum stay of 2 hours. The map below shows some of the pay parking lots near the hospital. The Century Plaza Hotel, Wall Centre & the general parking lot at St. Paul's Hospital collect parking fees as you leave. For all other lots, you must pay in advance for parking. It may be less stressful for you to choose a parking lot that collects fees when you leave as many appointments take longer than anticipated.

P1 - The Outpatient Clinic Parking lot is located on the corner of Comox and Thurlow.

This small, open lot is conveniently located to the Comox St., entrance. The current rate is $2.50/hour.

P2 - Parking is also available directly across the street from the Comox St. entrance at the Century Plaza Hotel. The current rate is $2.50/ half hour. Address: 1015 Burrard Street. Parking entrance on Comox.

P3 - The Wall Centre is located on the East side of Burrard Street. Access to the parking lot is from Hornby Street.

However, the pedestrian exit from the parkade is located just a few meters from the sidewalk on Burrard Street. Note the location of the parkade exit (blue silhouette of pedestrians) on the map above. Address: 1040 Burrard Street.

The current parking rate is $3.50 for the first hour and $1.50 for every half an hour afterwards. You may consider arriving before 9:00am to get the Early Bird rate which is $8.00 for all day parking.

P4 - St. Paul's Hospital Parking Lot is located off Burrard St. It is the only lot with handicap parking. If you have a decal, your chances of finding a parking spot are pretty good. Otherwise, this parking lot is always very full. The parkade operates from 7:30 am to 3:30pm weekly. Address: 1081 Burrard St.

P5 - Burrard Motor Inn is located on the East side of Burrard St. at the corner of Helmcken and Burrard. The parking lot is small. Enter via the alley. Rate $4.00/hour. Address: 1100 Burrard St.

P6 - 1144 Burrard St . Medical Building. Parking is available in the building's parkade. Enter via the alley. The current rate is $2.00/45 minutes.

P7 - 1160 Burrard St. Burrard Health Centre. Parking is available in the buildings parkade. Enter via the alley. The current rate is $2.50 per 1.5 hours. Dr Younger & Wings' office is located in this building.

P8 - Impark Open lot beside 1160 Burrard St. Caution, this lot is extremely expensive. Current rate is $4.00 per 20 minutes.

P9 - Impark Open lot behind 1144 Burrard . This open lot charges $2.50 per 20 minutes.

P10 - Impark Open lot behind 1160 Burrard . This open lot charges $3.00 per hour.

P11 - Impark Open lot behind the Esso gas station on the corner of Burrard and Davey. There are a few parking stalls in this lot. The rate is $2.00 per half hour.

P12 - A small parkade is accessed from the alley between the Esso gas station and St. Paul's Hospital. It charges $1.00 for the first hour and then $2.00 for every hour after that.

Foot & Ankle Clinic Location: Outpatient Dept., St. Paul's.

The Foot and Ankle Clinic is now located on the 3rd floor of the North Wing of St. Paul's Hospital. Enter the hospital by the Comox Street entrance. Proceed along the hall to the green elevator. Take the elevator to the 3rd floor. Turn left to get to the Foot and Ankle Clinic.
