Fusion Types
Orthopaedic
surgeons perform fusions in any region of the foot or ankle:
forefoot (green), midfoot (blue), hindfoot (orange) and ankle
(yellow).
Operative
podiatrists mostly perform forefoot fusions (green coloured
bones)

Ankle:
