What's New? BC's Foot & Ankle Clinic has moved to St. Paul's Hospital. On March 26th, 2004 St. Vincent's Hospital closed its doors in great anticipation of its redevelopment as a "campus-of-care" for the elderly. Subsequently, the BC Foot & Ankle Clinic has been relocated to the Outpatient Department on the 3rd Floor at St. Paul's Hospital. Click here for contact and parking information.

Did you know? The BC Foot and Ankle Clinic received the "3M Health Care Quality Award." Representatives from Providence Health Care and the BC Foot & Ankle Clinic were presented this prestigious award from the Canadian College of Health Service Executives in Quebec City last year.

This award recognized the design and implementation of their highly successful clinical pathways. This is an outstanding achievement and we congratulate everyone involved.

BC Foot & Ankle Specialists Design an Ankle Joint Replacement for Patients with Severe Bone Loss.

In the past, patients who have lost significant amounts of bone in their ankle joint have not been given the option of having a joint replacement. This design offers patients a new opportunity for improved mobility. We thank the Orthopaedic Engineers from Depuy for their help in making this joint replacement possible.
